ECBにおいても、金融緩和政策が取られ、一定の効果を上げた。日本とEUの金融環境は、必ずしも同一ではないが、金融緩和政策の効果に関しては、一定の共通部分があるだろう。日本の場合、経済の回復まで一定の時間がかかることは、致し方のないことであるとも言える。
